RoundUp Carbon is organized as a Certified Public Benefit Corporation (PBC, or B Corporation). PBC's have a charter or mission alignment which defines business operations as those that includes highly positive impacts on societies and communities, the environment, as well as operating in a responsible, sustainable manner. Within that charter includes the best interest of the corporation- profitability.  

Part of meeting RUC's charter as a Public Benefit Corporation is transparency and accountability. To ensure accountability RUC member fund distributions are tracked and verified using Blockchain for Social Impact.

RUC members have the opportunity to decide and verify which cause(s) their donations would fund by using the Ethereum Solution, whereby all projects funded by RUC member donations will be third party verified and receive ongoing auditing to ensure proper use and distributed of member donations.

All RUC projects' financial data, fund distribution, project progress, and scheduled updates are transparently made available to RUC members.
